2017 Refund Policy

Vendors:
Reservations are guaranteed only when the booth space fee of $500 is paid. After January 20, 2017 the fee increases to $550 per booth space. No refunds after January 20, 2017.

Clinic Attendees:
Attendance space is guaranteed only when the Registration fee of $80 is paid. After January 20, 2017 the fee increases to $90 per attendee. No refunds after January 20, 2017
